FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

WHAT DOES YOUR PHOTOGRAPHY
EXPERIENCE LOOK LIKE?

I started second shooting/associate shooting weddings towards the end of 2017, and by early 2018 I began booking my own weddings. In the last 5 years I've shot over 150 weddings & still counting!!

WHAT HAPPENS IF WE HAVE TO RESCHEDULE/CANCEL?

If you need to reschedule your date for any reason, we can transfer your deposit to your new date (as long as I'm available). If you decide to cancel your wedding the retainer is non-refundable. If your cancelation is within 3 months of the wedding, the final payment is also non-refundable.

CAN WE HAVE THE RAW FILES?

Sorry, no. Giving the RAW files is like a chef serving frozen chicken. If you're a professional photographer yourself, and you'd like the editing to match your brand, we can talk!

HOW LONG TILL WE GET BACK THE PHOTOS?

Wedding photos typically take 4-6 weeks, and engagement session take on average 1-2 weeks. This gives me enough time to ensure each photo is perfectly edited to match my style & no short cuts are taken!

HOW DOES PAYMENT WORK?

The non-refundable retainer (50%) is due the day of booking, and the remaining balance is due 1 month before the wedding day. I'm also happy to break up the remaining balance into 2-3 separate payments! Everything can be paid online through Honeybook, Paypal, Venmo, Cashapp, etc.

SHOULD WE GET A SECOND SHOOTER?

I see a second shooter as an insurance policy. If god-forbid anything was to ever happen to me, my gear, my photos... there's a backup of EVERYTHING. A second shooter also gives me the ability to be in two places at once. If I'm taking photos of the bridesmaids getting ready, my second shooter can be with the groomsmen, this gives us a lot more flexibility in the timeline. And lastly, they're typically capturing more guests photos & reactions than I'm getting.
